Intern Spotlight: Andrea Guillen

Andrea Guillen, a Political Science – Public Service major attending University of California, Davis, is one of the newest Diplomacy & International Exchange Interns to join the Global Ties Sacramento team in 2024.

Andrea is passionate about adventuring, and taking part in a midnight hike at Joshua Tree National Park certainly stands out as a memorable one! Following her adventurous tastebuds, Andrea also seeks out authentic pho and ramen wherever she can.

While working with Global Ties Sacramento, Andrea looks forward to meeting a variety of international professionals and learning from their unique perspectives.
