Broaden Your Horizons
Our international visitor internship program provides college students the opportunity to gain real-world experience in their field of study and build upon educational foundations established in the classroom. Interns help us support the local infrastructure for U.S. public diplomacy efforts, and deepen relationships within the community and across the globe. Standout interns from Global Ties Sacramento may have the opportunity to experience the Global Ties U.S. Emerging Leaders Program — a unique, nomination-only professional development program in Washington, D.C.
If you are interested in international diplomacy and providing overall programmatic support through administrative work, community outreach, research, and participation in sessions for our visiting dignitaries, please contact us below to learn more about our internship program or apply now.
Why Get Involved?
By volunteering as a home host or professional resource, you help us provide impactful exchange experiences. The work we do would also not be possible without our members and the community’s financial support. We encourage you to volunteer your time or to make a financial contribution. Help us bridge cultures and find commonalities among our differences to make for a safer, more peaceful world. Global Ties Sacramento is a division of World Trade Center Northern California, a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Your donation may be tax-deductible.
